There was this day where I tried to convince my wife to give Bloodborne another try. 

She always gave uo on Father Gascoine, as he is one of the biggest chalenges on that game, speacially for begginers.

She tried a few times, and we decided to try again in the following day. 

When I booted the PS4 up, to our surprise, the "X" button of the controller was not working anymore.

We tried connecting it via cable, to our phones and a laptop and even on gampad testing applications, the "X" button was not registering inputs.
